Choreography

Strong cheerleading routines require strategy to properly showcase team skills and maximize audience engagement.

Whether it’s new sideline material or a competition routine, all cheer squads need fresh, new choreography year-round to not only keep the attention of the crowd but also the attention of the cheerleaders who constantly perform.

My quick-paced, challenging choreography is fun to learn as well as fun to watch — it keeps cheerleaders, coaches and viewers on their toes, engaged and excited.

Consultancy

Cheer coaches may often come across the feeling of “drawing the short straw” in the support shown for their sport of choice. In other words, cheerleading is hard, and running a cheerleading program can be even harder.

Prepping for tryouts, plotting out a year-long cheer calendar, collaborating with administration, setting boundaries for students (and parents), planning practices to prep material for multiple purposes, etc. are all requirements of a coach that can quickly become cumbersome and exhausting.

With many years in the cheer industry, I offer empathetic support and unique strategies that can help address the challenges coaches face.

Leaders of Caliber

I truly believe the philosophy behind cheer is leadership, which goes beyond knowing how to lead a crowd in a chant. On and off the field, cheerleaders should be leaders of caliber — mental, emotional and physical strength are all necessary to be the best of the best kind of cheerleader and person.

Everything a coach and choreographer teaches and gives to their students should come with an emphasis around the kind of leaders they want their cheerleaders to become. Coaching is an opportunity to help cheerleaders gain the skills required to lead a successful, rewarding life.
